Celebration of Afrofuturism as a pathway to wellness and elevated consciousness for people of the African diaspora and beyond. By recalling ancestral roots and stretching our imaginations and bodies into the past/present & future, we begin the process of decolonizing our minds. yoga, meditation, and Tarot are spiritual practices that prepare the body and mind for unity and liberation.
